Provide Readings

You can now provide us with readings. It is recommended to provide readings twice a year.

We'll never share your email with anyone else.
Please use this date format: DD/MM/YYYY.
  • The upper reading (systolic) blood pressure should be less than 140 mmHg.
  • The lower reading (diastolic) blood pressure should be less than 90 mmHg.
  • Less than 135/ 80 mmHg if you have diabetes.

You can check your BP in the following ways:

  • Use your own BP machine. These are easily available and very affordable so a useful gadget to possess.
  • Get BP checked by your pharmacist. They have been contracted to do this.
  • Book a nurse appointment with us.
  • Share a reading with us if it is checked somewhere else.

Note: high blood pressure increases risk of heart attack and stroke. You might be living with undiagnosed hypertension as it can present without any symptom.
