Partners
Dr Neena Grover
Dr Grover has over 30 years of NHS experience and 29 years as a principal in primary care. She became fully registered by the GMC in 1989 and has a particular interest in mental health care. Her career expanded from GP appraiser, to a member of South Reading clinical commissioning group discussing local issues and representing the CCG on the Berkshire West NHS Prescribing committee. Since 2018, she is now focusing on clinical management within the practice, she has interest in chronic disease management, women’s health and day-to-day clinical care of our patients, making sure every contact with our patients counts. When I am not in my practice I like spending time with my family and friends, traveling, gardening, cooking, and learning new skills.
Dr Faiza Akif
Dr Akif brings over 20 years of NHS experience and has been a Partner since 2013. She became fully registered with the GMC in 2004, completed her MRCGP in 2008, and earned her DRCOG in 2009. In 2018, she advanced to the role of managing partner at the surgery. Dr Akif represents the surgery as a member of the New Reading PCN and the Local Medical Committee. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with a special interest in Women’s Health and Diabetes. Additionally, she provides services for coils and implants at the surgery. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Adeline Fleming
Practice ManagerAdeline is an accomplished practice manager with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency, improving patient care, and fostering collaborative team environments. She began her career in healthcare as an administrator in the Health Visiting service and Family Nurse Partnership programme. This role provided her with valuable insights into the day-to-day operations of a medical office, inspiring her to seek a managerial position. Adeline took on the role of Medical Secretary in a busy surgery and Walk In Centre, where she honed her skills in patient management, scheduling, and staff coordination. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Adeline is passionate about community service and is a Churchwarden at her church. She volunteers at local health fairs for the homeless, BBO Wildlife Trust and participates in initiatives aimed at promoting multicultural faith partnership. Adeline enjoys walking and keeping fit, cooking, and spending quality time with her family and friends and taking on new challenges.
